  24.   I agree completely here.  We may not like it, but we have to face it -
  25. barring some surprise revival of interest from Europress or Lionet, AMOS is
  26. a dying language.  Now, I personally have never used Blitz, since anything
  27. I write of any complexity I write in C and anything else runs fine in AMOS.
  28. But I think that for those without the time or inclination to learn C,
  29. Blitz will become far preferable to AMOS before too long.  Even with all
  30. the extensions that people like myself are writing, there's only so much
  31. improvement that can be done to AMOS without rewriting the system itself
  32. from scratch or at least being able to update it.
